IBC-AMP6 Gaston ton barrel pneumatic mixer is an efficient and multifunctional mixing equipment. Its sturdy U-shaped channel steel structure ensures the stability and durability of the equipment and is especially suitable for mixing operations with square or round barrels from 1 to 1.5 tons. This mixer is equipped with six sturdy swivel wheels, two of which are fixed and two of which are movable, making it easy for users to move and carry. One set of wheels is also equipped with a brake function to ensure that the equipment can be stably fixed during the mixing process. The lifting height is controlled pneumatically, and the guide rod lifting makes the rising and falling process smooth and stable, and the frame will not shake during mixing. The pneumatic mixer has forward and reverse functions, and the working environment is not affected by vibration, high temperature, electromagnetism, radiation, etc., and is especially suitable for harsh environments such as flammable, explosive, heavy-loaded, and humid environments. Its pneumatic motor has overload protection, a simple structure, uses air as the medium, and is easy to operate and maintain.
