AMP6-C High torque geared air motor

AMP6-C helical gear reduction pneumatic motor product parameters:
Reduction ratio range: 3-150, power: 0.56KW, horsepower: 0.75HP, torque: 21.7-969.2N.m, free speed: 216-4RPM, air consumption: 0.5m³/min, weight: 7.3-11.2KG (different reduction ratios, different weights), optional installation methods: vertical, horizontal, optional manual control valve, brake, controller.

Standard features:
Using compressed air as the power source for safety and explosion-proof, the product has an explosion-proof certificate and meets national safety standards. The helical gear reducer uses the control valve to switch the start, adjustment, and stop, and can instantly reverse the direction. The motor is an overall enclosed design and can be used in dusty, humid, and harsh environments. It is widely used in the chemical industry, semiconductors, crystals, petrochemicals, biochemical technology, paint factories, automated machinery, and other industries.

Fluid: Compressed air
Using pressure: 5Kg/cm2 (70psi)
Maximum working pressure: 6Kg/cm2 (85psi)
Ambient temperature: -10°C~+70°C (can only be used in a non-freezing state)
Lubricating oil: IS0VG32 or similar. (It is necessary to apply oil with an oil mist, 2~3 drops per minute).
Continuous use: Yes (cannot run continuously without load).
Recommended speed: (0.3~1) x maximum output speed.
