TC-IBC-AMP7 Gaston ton barrel pneumatic mixer is a mixing equipment specially designed for square barrels or drums of 1 to 1.5 tons. It uses solid U-shaped channel steel as the main structure to ensure stability and safety during the mixing process. The equipment is equipped with 4 universal wheels, including 2 fixed and 2 movable, for easy movement and transportation. At the same time, a set of wheels is equipped with a braking function to ensure that the machine is stable and does not shake during operation. The mixer uses a single cylinder to control the lifting height, and the lifting process is smooth and stable. Its mixing blade adopts a stainless steel telescopic design and can freely enter and exit the small opening of the ton barrel to ensure that the materials are fully mixed. In addition, the machine is designed with two operating control valves, which can realize the function of lifting and lowering while stirring.
